    So we know @in2media's model name, but not its model number. That should be on a label underneath. I've also seen A315-54 used with that model name, there may be others too.

    Aspire 3 A315-54 - Tech Specs | Laptops | Acer United Kingdom

    It has an i5-8265U and internal graphics 620.

    To install Win 7, first you have to set BIOS properly.

    Enter BIOS
    - Can you Disable Fast Boot and Secure Boot?
    - Set OS to "Other"?
    - Does it has a CSM?

    no sign of os in bios


    - Does it has a CSM?
    no sign of csm
    managed to do a factory reset for now
