Does this not indicate this is an OEM VERSION?...Cannot use OEM, need RETAIL...I need the retail version since it has the "UPGRADE or REPAIR" option so-to-speak on it when is installing

Better to use the official media refresh iso rather than that sysprepped 2018 thing from Heidoc.

Another alternative is to use one ofthe DEll things. They are allegedly pro, but unlike the so called 2018 iso, the Dell isos contain all the images. The slight drawback is they also contain a bunch of language cabs, so it is a very large thing to download.

The base SP1 is also availble.

The 2018 has been sysprepped twice - it contains quite a lot of updates - including all the telemetry and other lovelies. Only one image in the iso. It is useable at a pinch, but I would recommend going for the official media refresh isos.
