The difference between the official refresh iso files is just one file. It is a file called ei.cfg in the sources folder.

    This is en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_677332.iso aka X17-59465.iso

    The sources\install.wim contains all 4 x64 images.

Setup.exe offers to install the image that is listed in the little text file sources\ei.cfg. It will also show you the license file that is listed

If you want it to offer you all of the images, just delete the ei.cfg text file.

Therefore, if you have any one of the official refresh iso files, that is all you need. You can use it to clean install/upgrade install/repair install any edition

Does this not indicate this is an OEM VERSION?...Cannot use OEM, need RETAIL...I need the retail version since it has the "UPGRADE or REPAIR" option so-to-speak on it when is installing
Yes it says OEM, so what!

FYI: There is no difference between "OEM" disk or a "Retail" disk. The installer is exactly the same in both cases and Windows behaves in the very same way.

You cannot use an OEM key to download Windows 7 from Microsoft! You can use an OEM ISO for repair install! remove ei.cfg file and it is all in one (All versions on disk will appear, however, only the version that matches your key, ie home premium will activate.)

Use this link not the other, my AV went off on the download on the other link, that's why I deleted it.

There is no difference between a Retail disc and a OEM disc, you need a Retail key, you can find a W7 download source by simply googling it.

Hopefully you used the links that Luiz provided.
