"No Boot Sector on the USB Device"

Hello, I need help with my XD pc, 15 days ago and almost a month ago I had Windows 7, I decided to try Linux so I made a bootable USB of Linux Mint with Balena etcher (from Windows) everything was fine, I installed Linux Mint and it worked great, after using Linux Mint for a week I felt that Windows 7 made me more comfortable so I decided to make the same bootable USB but with Windows 7, I have done it with unetbootin, with Balena Etcher, with the built-in program of Linux Mint and always when I am starting from USB it tells me ("No Boot Sector on the USB Device), I did it in a thousand ways and it never gave, I decided to use another USB and it tells me the same thing, what could I do? Thanks

The process is the same for win7 and win10 installation media.

You can use gparted or gnome-disks.
