future build with newer hardware and w7

I realize the day to upgrade will come. mostly because I plan to get into video editing.

im with 8320fx am3+ and no complaints. it does everything I need except seem to lag to play large video files. oh well.

not sure what cpu is the limit for hardships or clear cut line of cpu's and chipsets that wont allow w7 to install (with all the normal workarounds known)

was considering ryzen 2000/3000/2nd gen threadrippers as well. nothing finalized. but dont know
also m.2 ssd would be a delight

    any insight appreciated.

It is not difficult to run win7 on intel 8th gen.

I am currently using b365 motherboard and i5-8400 cpu.

for Ryzen, the on cpu graphics ( which they call apu ) may need modded drivers, which you can get
