Upgrade from XP to win7 without clean install

    Last time I looked the free version is limited to transferring 5 programs.

    yes, but I have the pro version already. Let's see if it works, problem with easeus is that support is not good, which I have documented on trustpilot. Last time they dialled in they (inadvertently) reformatted my backup disk, since they used that target for restore.
    so may be I should try laplink instead.

    I have inserted the conclusion in the initial post for this thread.

    I have checked the compatibility option from the vista iso file.
    This produces "TPM20-ACPITABL.zip" file. Does anybody know how to interpret that?
