Windows 7 Installation: A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missi
The laptop is HP, and it has two modes: UEFI and Legacy.
1. I keep the two modes enabled.
2. I use Rufus to create a bootable USB drive with Windows 7.
3. I restart the laptop, then press F9 to open the Boot Manager: Image of the Boot Manager , and then i select "USB Hard Drive (UEFI) - USB
And when i try to install Windows 7, i get the following error: Image of the error
When i click on "Browse", i don't see the USB drive's name: Image of the available options
Keep in mind i already tried the method presented in this video: [SOLVED] USB Windows 7 Installation | A Required CD-DVD Drive Device Driver is Missing - YouTube , but it turned out that GIGABYTE's tool is no longer available here: Utility | Service / Support - GIGABYTE U.S.A.
So, can someone help me? I really need help, i don't know how to solve the problem by myself.
Thanks.
