    Hi

looking back over your previous threads, i have to guess its for your Lenovo, not the Asus Retail board

The Lenovo would have come with a pre-installed built in key and should auto activate if you install like for like versions of OS, (home-home) check your lappys homepage

your Asus board appeared to be an Ultimate version

If your desktop is a factory brand one, knowing its brand name and model name and model number would be helpful.

If your desktop is a self built one, knowing the brand name and model number of its motherboard would be helpful.

Are you wanting to install Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 32-bit or 64-bit?

You might as well install Home Premium, and then skip, ignoring the Insert your Key screen..... let it update
Then when you know which version your key is for just insert by using the Windows Upgrade Option in Control Panel
(if its for home premium then all you have to do is select input key under System)

W7 is a fully featured download so you only have 1 install version entering a higher level product key releases that version options

key is valid for both 32/64 bit OS
