Trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 and is stuck on start

I have a Toshiba Satellite P50-C that I want to install Windows 7 onto. When I boot, it's stuck on Starting Windows. Is it the HDD? Is it the CPU? Or is it the whole laptop?

I believe that brand/model laptop originally comes with Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

Does your Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit install media have USB3 drivers integrated into it?

    Welcome to the Forum

    From laptopmedia the satellite-p50 can have a i7-6700HQ or a i7-5500U.

We need all the P50-C specs (specially CPU and drive - SSD or HDD).

When you boot from a Win 7 installation drive you may find that:
    - You don't have mouse or even keyboard.
    - You can't see the drive.
Win 7 installation files don't have USB 3.X, NVMe and SATA drivers so you won't have mouse or even Keyboard and you may not see the drive.
You must add the drivers to the Win 7 installation files.
I can help you as I have a similar computer.
