Why don't you just reinstall Windows 7? Activate it with its key. That is what I did.

My life and my families lives are documented on the Cloned Backup, assuming it's somehow viable.

If I reinstall Windows-7 Pro, how does this get those "lives" back?

By lives, I mean 20 plus years of photos, word and excel documents, etc.

If you know the way, please fill me in.

Can you put the restored disk in an external drive enclosure and connect it to another computer? If you can view its contents you can copy your personal files to the other computer. Once you pulled off all the personal files you can do a clean install of Windows 7 on your original computer copy the personal files back to it.

Another option is to install the same version of Acronis True Image on another computer and load the backup image. If you can do that you can browse the files and copy off the personal files. This is more involved so is only recommended if you can figure out how to do it. I have done this a few times in the past and only did this as a last resort.

I'm an Acronis user but dunno the "Western Digital" version that you have. I don't make "clones" but instead "True Image Backup" .tib files, which are Mountable in Windows with Acronis True Image installed. But I thought a "clone" is instead "an exact copy of the original hard drive" in which case you ought to be able to simply use a SATA adapter cable/power supply to a USB port of another computer, or install it to an external USB drive (same thing basically) and you should see everything on the drive.

Any ideas as to what the Red X Partition is all about?
The Western Digital Acronis Version is Free but requires a Western Digital Drive be installed on your System.

Sorry, I dunno what the red X is about, nor have you said what "External PICASA DATA" is-or-means and where you are trying to clone that to.

Did you have no backups anywhere of any of your data before your PC was hacked?

It may also be possible to mount the drives as virtual images, and then copy and paste as needed. I have done this with system images. If what you have is a system image, that should work. It's a bit complicated, so a tutorial is easiest to follow:
