Is there a re-pack of Windows 7 with support for modern computers?

I've been wanting to run Windows 7 on my PC laptop for a while now. The issue, however, is that Windows 7 (2009) is too old to be compatible with my PC (2017), and there are no compatibility options for it in the PCs drivers or BIOS. These are the compatibility issues I've faced:
    • Missing UEFI support
    • Intel chipset and VGA drivers refuse to install under Windows 7/8.1 (both are critical for onboard VGA and other components)
    • USB devices don't work correctly (I should still be able to use the built-in PS/2 keyboard and trackpad, but I'd rather not)
    • A few other issues that will likely come up later, but that I haven't come across yet

Has anyone made a custom Windows 7 installer that will work correctly on my system? If not, then how can I make my own?

I have win7 on b365 mobo and intel 8th gen cpu. Works perfectly.

Is there a "legacy/csm" option in bios on your laptop?

Is the laptop the MSi Apache GE72VR 7RF with i7-7700HQ?
Did it came with Win 8 or win 10?
Did you install Win 7 on it?

    - Win 7 can be installed as UEFI-GPT. Mine is.
    - You can install Intel drivers on it with a little trick
