startnet wpeinit is an attempt to install Plug N Play devices. Enter BIOS setup by tapping the F-Key given on first bootup screen. Make sure Plug N Play and all USB are enabled.

Disconnect all USB devices and retry.

You might be able to repair Windows 7:

Boot into the Win7 DVD, select Repair my COmputer on second screen, then see if it finds the installation to repair. Run Startup Repair repeatedy until it either starts up or says there is nothing more to repair.

Also, tap the F8 key repeatedly during boot up to see if you can boot into Win7 Safe Mode.

And I cant come in a BOOT MENU. I can come in my realtek configuration, wich shows nothing special. And i can f8 on the O/s i have installed (didnt even do a multi boot) and then i come in a menu to chose if i want to open it with save modus etc...

EDIT: If i do windows 7 save modes i get the same command screen but with a black background.
