    Okay.. i would reburn the ISO and make sure that you burn it at the slowest possible speed...format the drive during re-installation. Hopefully this will take care of your problem.... Let us know how it goes...

    Were you able to boot into the Win7 DVD, select Repair my computer, and see if any repairs are offered? Then find there in the list of Recovery Tools "Startup Repair" and run repeatedly as there may be several issues to fix.

    If this does not fix it, then follow Tews advice to reburn the ISO. Suggest you use ImgBurn Attachment 41802

    Load the ISO by clicking File icon, then make sure it says bootable like below before burning at 4x speed with Verify checked:
