I currently partitioned my drive so I can have a dual boot of Windows 7. How would I go about deleting the Ubuntu partitions, so I have just Windows 7? I don't want to just delete the partitions because the computer boots off of GRUB. Can you guys help me out?

What about the booter though? The GRUB will get deleted, so how will I boot?
All I have is a Windows 7 disk that came with my computer, when i put it in my computer it just offers to do a setup install, no where do I see "Repair Install"?

You need to boot from the installer to get Advanced drive tools for partitioning and formatting on that screen.
Is that what you want?
A Repair install and the Repair console are two separate things.
A repair install is run from the Windows 7 desktop, keeps everything in place but reinstalls the OS and reconfigures the boot as though Win7 was installed last so it can properly configure any multi-boot.
The repair console is on the second screen when booting into the Win7 DVD or Repair CD, select "Repair my Computer" it will find an installation to repair and then offer Recovery Tools to run Startup Repair, System Restore, Command Line, etc.
I believe you want to partition using the Advanced drive tools on the booted DVD, not repair. If you are concerned about losing the GRUB boot manager, I believe it needs to be deleted before Win7 install and then reinstalled afterwards.

Yes, but it will not show advanced drive tools unless you boot the DVD and not just run it from Windows.
