Waiting for the Disk Management and EasyBCD screenshots requested above.

If XP is missing on Easy listings, then use Add/Remove tab to add it.

Well, XP is is installed on drive I:/ and it displays (in XP) as being under H:/.
Should I add an entry for H or I?

Use EasyBCD 2.0 beta which is automated and doesn't make you guess the XP drive.

On the Add/Remove tab you only need to add XP from drop down Type menu, then click Add Entry, it will prompt you to add boot files then complete automatically.

2. Installed 7
3. Configured BIOS
4. Installed XP
5. Configured bootloader
