Windows 7: 7 is not installing

7 is not installing

i am not able to install windows 7 on my pc
my processor is intel p4 2.4
i have 1 GB RAM
it says CAN'T BOOT FROM CD CODE:5 on booting from dvd
but i install it on core 2 duo processor it works on it.
i have included my windoes 7 upgrade advisor report

7 is not installing

Are you Dual Booting?

With 2 HD?

Can you identify the motherboard of your PC? This Code 5 error seems to be associated with certain older motherboards from MSI and one other manufacturer whose name escapes me. There is a workaround which I'll try to find for you.
