Windows 7: downgrade to sp 2 in xp mode

downgrade to sp 2 in xp mode

I am running win 7 ultimate with win xp mode.

My sony handycam does not seem to work properly in xp mode with sp 3 hence I want to downgrade to sp 2 but in add remove programs I can't see sp 3 entry therefore unable to remove it.

Pls help

You will need to install your own copy of Windows XP into a new virtual machine.

Hi. Some years ago I was lucky, and got my hands on the HP Probook G 650. A enterprise laptop with a real rs-232 serial port. And it was shipped with Windows 7 Pro. It supported the so called Xp Mode 1. But how about If I buy a new laptop, these days only shipped with Windows 10 Pro ?

The release candidate I am using is Windows Ultimate. When I purchase Win 7 I will get the home premium. Will I have any issues installing the home premium? I guess if I do a backup, then a clean install, everything should be fine?? Thanks!
