If you have done something similar to this

USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create

It should be bootable and you should have the option to boot from it in the BIOS or boot menu.

If you change the boot order be sure to change it back after it copies the files to the HD

There is a setting in the BIOS. Look around, all BIOS'es are a little different.

It should be in something like "Integrated peripherals" and it will say 'legacy USB" normally

Laptops have "stipped down" BIOSs sometimes.

I would just go strait to "boot order" and find the USB drive. It will need to be plugged in at the time.

Unfortunately I dont know what is that...
However I followed nate's advice and set USB HDD first on priority and then plugged in USB
Then exit saving changes and then for the first time I had a screen saying something like pre-boot...
But still not helping enough

On most BIOSs the USB drive will need to be plugged in at the time you change it. When it finishes copying the files you will need to change it back.

I have looked on line for your BIOS, but cannot find it, sorry.
