You mean double clicking an iso file from windows?
You mean double clicking an iso file from windows?
OR just follow the tutorial on how to create a USB install drive.
I think there are bigger problems here too. Sorry I could not help. I tried.
take the files you have and create an ISO and burn that ISO to DVD and try to boot again from DVD with ISO
Thanks everybody!!!
I have to leave now
I will try again tomorrow hopefully with more ideas
Open the USB flash installer or DVD installer from your desktop and try running Setup.
This will tell you if the ISO is intact. In fact, you can complete install this way if you want, over your current OS.
To verify ISO is bootable, install ImgBurn and select Verify Disk. Load ISO in using file icon. Make sure text on left side says "Bootable"
Now place DVD in drive and click Verify button to verify DVD against ISO. If not, burn DVD again at 4x speed with Verify.
Set DVD to boot first in BIOS boot order, before HDD. Look for prompt at bootup to start DVD.
If DVD will not boot, run Setup from DVD drive to install over OS.
Good afternoon everybody!!!!!
I have downloaded imgburn and I try to verify the iso.
BUT the dvd has no iso inside.
It has what you see in the attachment.
The second attachment shows what the imgburn sahows when I do verify
use an ISO maker like magic ISO and create an ISO with those files and then burn the ISO to a DVD
I have downloaded the .iso already from MSDNAA as you can see in the attachment.
Moreover I burned the iso in a new empty dvd following the tutorial of imgburn and still after I chose install during the boot process appears that something is missing.
files maybe corrupt did you verify checksum
