You are probably bestsaving the iso on another partition . Extract the .iso on there too , and run setup.

If you're going to do the in-place upgrade you'll need to uninstall wireless driver until after it starts back up, then reinstall it in device manager.
Daemon Tools is not compatible with Win7. Extract the files to the desktop to run Setup, burn to DVD or write to USB flash stick: USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create You will need a bootable installer for repairs, or to do the cleanest possible clean install.
Uninstalled Net Wireless, installed Win 7, working fine.
