try this Startup Repair if this doesn't work see if you can acquire an iso for windows 7.

EDIT nvm that requires the disk. when you first boot your pc before it attempts to load windows a screen should flash with some function(F#) key commands, one should be for a start up or system repair often it's F11 but sometimes a different key check and press and the key at that screen, this may take a couple of tries to get the timing right.

Then you will need to redownload the iso and set up your flash drive up all over from the begining...sorry

the best bet then is to find a windows 7 iso for your version and use it to reinstall. just be careful which one you grab.

Were you ever able to boot the pendrive? Are you trying the BIOS shortcut key given on first bootup screen for Boot Menu? Flash stick may be listed as HD.

If not, then you may need to try another method to write the ISO to the stick:
    Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool
USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create

Or use a DVD to boot to run Startup Repair repeatedly until Win7 starts.
