Kernel Event Tracing error: 0XC0000035

I have done a clean install of W7 64bit Ult. I have the latest drivers. The system runs obviously without problems. What disturbs me is that when looking in the logs I saw that at every (re-) start Windows reports a Kernel Event Tracing error: 0XC0000035 . Homegroup Log failed starting....error code 3221225525 Logging mode: 285212677.

I ran sf/scannow but there where no integrity problems.Checked with Driver Max and all drivers where OK.
Any idea what could cause this error? And any suggestions, please?

Are either of those critical errors or informational? Driver max isnt the best way to check drivers. Is there any network problem?

by any chance, do you have any mapped drives? or a printer set as "not shared"?

The errors are reported as errors not as critical errors. Everytime the computer is started.
The network: computers see each other. 4 computers in a homegroup. Although the setup is not ideal.
Printer is connected to the maincomputer and shared.
No mapped drives (unless you mean the computers in the network?)

This issue has been seen on quite a few machines all running the same OS version. People noticed the errors going away after they updated their print drivers, Removed all Network Drives and changed their NAT address. Most of the issues were caused by the NAT address being: 0.0.0.0 or 255.255.255.255 (by default)

(re)build the network and skipped the homegroup option in W7 (causing me to many problems with the XP pro computers). No errors since..

Found an other error "2017,srv" (14 times) could solve that with the help of one of the threads on this forum.

I am getting a very similar error. Session "Homegroup Log" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035. The printer is on my wifes machine and I tried updateing my drivers and it told me I had the best ones. I only have two computers on my network windows 7 and xp media center. Error doesn't really affect me but just put this p.c together. This one being the only error and the others being warnings. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
