    Install loop error

    Hi,

I just bought a laptop that has Windows 7 on it's harddrive. When i first turned it on i had the option of installing the 64 or 32bit version. i picked the 64 bit and let it go. It completed most of the install up until the end, at which point it came up with an error saying "The computer restarted unexpectedlly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click ok to restart the computer and the restart the installation". When it restarts it loops back to the same error.

The only copy of windows is on the HDD so rebooting from a disk isnt an option unfortanately.

    Any help would be awesome.

    Thanks.

Go to the Retailer Support web site.
