Giving permission to for something to run PERMANENTLY.

    Hi

Is there any way to get Windows 7 (64bit) not to have to ask permission each time it opens certain specific files?

For security reasons I quite like the idea of most executable files needing to get permission to run, but once I have given permission a couple of times it should remember. Gads! - anyone would think that computers can't think for themselves.

Hang on - you may have missed my point. I only want to give premission to ONE application at a time.

I think it's on or off, never heard of being able to configure individual programs for UAC though, but I could be wrong.
