Once you download and burn the Repair CD, boot and click through to Startup Repair, run up to 3 times to recover the MBR. If it will not start, you'll need to mark Win7 active.

Choose Command Line from REcovery tools list, type:

DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK #
LIST PARTITION
SELECT PARTITION #
ACTIVE
EXIT

Now return to Recov Tools list to run Startup Repair up to 3 separate times with reboots until Win7 starts.

If this fails, you'll need to run full System Recovery.
