Some users have also reported that they solved this problem by deleting the recovery partitions that came with the computer.

If you still have problems with the DVD drive try a USB memory key.

Have you tried creating a USB installation key? I use method 2 personally, because it's fastest.

Why are you not using the Recovery disks.

@ Jonathan_King: I'm using a USB installation key already.
@thoeg: The missing driver is not on the recovery disk and I can only downgrade to XP with that disk. I postet the problem to Toshiba forum now.

I'm really want to know how I can solve this problem.

I thought this might be the solution for my problem
Treiber Details - Toshiba

However, it wasn't.

But when I browse for drivers, there is a partition "X:" available called "Boot" with following folders: Program Files, sources, Users and Windows.

Do you think, the driver is available in one of the Windows Subfolders?
If yes, where can I find it?

Try running the setup.exe file from within Windows.

You mean the Windows folder on the X. drive when I browse for drivers?
