No, in the extracted ISO. Extract the ISO using whatever you like (like WinRAR). In the newly created folder. you should see a setup.exe file.

I tried this, but all I get is an error message:
"e:\setup.exe is not a valid win32-application" (I got the german message, I think it's exactly what I've written in English.
Try verifying the ISO's hash.
See this post by our expert Greg: Load Driver: Required CD/DVD Drive Device Driver: HELP!
Instead of clicking of "Install now" on the initial screen, I can choose "Repair your computer". If I click on that button I have the options to select a OS to repair (no one is listed here) or to "Restore your computer using a system image that you created earlier."
There is also a button to "Load drivers". After clicking on that I have access to the X: drive and can copy & paste things to my flash drive.
Do you think there might be somewhere the correct driver(s) which I can copy to my flash drive?
yepp, I tried AHCI already and just verified the ISO hash: It doesn't match with the checksums on that site Windows 7 RTM SHA-1 hash / checksums!
I can't find a possibility to change the SATA-setting to non-raid. I can only change the "SATA Controller Mode" from AHCI to Compatibility (IDE).
that's what I tried yesterday two or three times already and it didn't work!
I also downloaded the ISO file already twice.
