Windows 7 RC shutdown during Easy Transfer

I have Windows 7 RC installed on a desktop and wish to use Windows Easy Transfer to backup, then do the clean install of Windows 7 Professional.

The time to backup exceeds 2 hours. Is there a way to delay the 2 hour shutdown, so that the backup can complete?

Windows 7 RC began rebooting every 2 hours starting in March 2010.

I don't think you can exceed the 2 hour shutdown, but you might try deleting old stuff if there is stuff you don't need anymore. You could also try a manual backup (drag and drop onto a new hard drive/ removable media). Then it might not take as long (or you could backup little by little)

Figured it out. Reset the BIOS date to February and disconnected internet so windows wouldn't time sync. Been running 3 hours now and almot done with WET backup.
