HELP. problem installing windows 7.
ok so here's the deal. I turned on my comp and I get a message saying that a boot file has been coruppted and I need to reinstall my os. Which iv installed os's plenty of time with no problems. Untill now, so I booted from my cd drive and it loads and I get to the install screen I usually just do a custom install which is a full install not an upgrade. so I proceed and it goes to the screen that tells you what step and how much percent is done. the first part which is copying windows files, it completely just skips that part with a green check and just gets stuck at expanding files. It doesn't freeze it just stays there iv let that go for an hour and it didn't move one bit. So I took out that hdd and took it to my friends house to reformat it. Came back home and still the same problem i did this on all three of my hdd and same results. I kno how to burn iso's. I kno it's not the cd because iv burnt plenty of 7 CDs for my friends and they all work. I ended up burnig a total of 5 copies and same results.
I don't know what the problem is. so any help or suggestions will be greatly appriciated. Thank you guys in advance.
