Start a new thread which describe exactly your problems with installing Win7 and we will help you work through them.
Everybody makes mistakes so that should not be a reason to revert to Vista if you have a legal Win7 installation. We can help you fix them and learn more about using your computer here, too.
kaassaus, what you can do is install Windows 7 on a different partition, migrate files and settings from Vista and when you are sure everything works you can get rid of Vista (check tutorials for double boot scenarios).
Before doing ANYTHING, backup your personal files. Create a Vista recovery disk (in case of an emergency situation) and then proceed.
