Install 7077 x64 on XP 32-bit

i downloaded the x64 7077 and want to install it on 32-bit XP...i opened the ISO file and put everything in the bootable flash drive, and then changed the BIOS to boot from USB...however, that didn't work...the computer is 64-bit capable as it has 4gm ram and AMD Phenom Quad processor...when I opened the folder inside the flash drive and double clicked on setup.exe, it says it can't open the 64-bit

so is there anything i need to do or am i doing something wrong that's preventing me from installing the 64 bit?

thanks

You need to make the usb bootable first Creating Bootable Vista / Windows 7 USB Flash Drive at Kevin’s Blog and you will need to do a clean install

I think x86 key works for x64... but my keys are mixed up so I don't know which is which anymore lol

Or you can just get a new key here Windows 7 Beta Customer Preview

Upgrading from 7077, which build to install?
Hey guys, I've used Win7 as my main OS since I installed 7077 but I figure now's time to upgrade to a newer build. I have 7127, 7201 and 7229 all 64 bit editions. Couple questions. Should I download 7137? Is it worth it? Which build of the following three listed above would you choose? My specs...

Unable to install 7077 x64
After reading in the forum that 7106 is not worth the d/l, I went ahead and d/l 7077. I am currently running 7068 x64 after having upgraded from each previous build starting from 7000. For some reason, 7077 wont upgrade from me. It stalls after the first reboot and the last portion of the...

Fresh install, build 7077 is super slow -_-
So, fresh install and build 7077 is super slow. I mean it shouldn't be this slow at least I don't think so. It always takes 10-15 seconds to open up menus and things and the CPU is constantly at 30-50% load and RAM always at 25% according to the cpu/ram % gadget. Any ideas?

Should I install Build 7077 or 7000?
So, I've been using Build 7000 but went back to Vista x64 because my surround sound didn't work. You think the 7077 build will fix that? It's the onboard 5.1 surround sound (asus board). Also, should I wait for the official RC or just suck it up and deal with the surround sound issue in 7000 or...
