Yet Another ACPI Problem Related To Video Card

Hello everyone. I am trying to install Win 7 but i get an blue screen and error message says:

"...The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. Please contact your system vendor for an updated BIOS.
    Technical information:
    *** STOP: 0x0000000A5 (0x0000000000001000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x00000000FFFFFFFF, 0x0000000000002040)"

I updated my BIOS but still no good. The weird thing is i installed Win 7 with a radeon x1050 video card. Then I got a Nvidia 9600GT and after i installed it windows started to reset after loading screen. I installed Win XP by disabling ACPI at setup. Then I tryed to install Windows 7 but cant get past this error. It seems like an error related to video card but i dont know how is it possible. My spesifications are:

    Intel E2140 Dual Core 1.60
    3GB DDR2 RAM
    Maxtor SATA 160GB Hdd
    400W psu
    Nvidia 9600GT Graphics Card.

So, what i need to do?
