    Windows 7 installation issue

I'm installing windows 7 64 bit on a custom built machine, specs below. The setup process gets through the initial file load and windows 7 logo screen but then instead of getting to the screen that asks me for language and keyboard layout I only get the blueish background.

To bring closure to this issue the fix was simply for me to wait. The initial screen did come up after about a 8 minute wait.

Glad you got it figured out. When things take longer than expected, like Windows updates and installation, it's easy to give up and think something went wrong.

Let us know if you need anything else. :)
