I intend to replace both motherboard and CPU in my Win 7 premium full installation.
Will there be any problems ??

If you have an OEM CD Key and it's already been installed on that hardware, it won't let you install it on another set unless you call up Microsoft and explain your situation. From what I hear you've got a 50/50 chance that the guy/gal on the other end will pity you and allow you to switch to new hardware w/out purchasing a new key. If you do have to purchase a new key, you should be able to find an OEM DVD of Home Premium for about $100, however if you plan on making major hardware changes in the near future you may want to consider not using an OEM key.
In other words:
OEM + New Mobo = BAD
Upgrade + New Mobo = Can't remember if this version locks, don't think so though.
Retail + New Mobo = GOOD
You can try this:
Startup Repair
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.
Activate Windows 7 by Phone
Activate Windows 7 Online
Sorry guys should have been more explicit, Its a full retail version pre-ordered before it was in the shops.
Will upgrade both mobo & cpu so presume will only need to reactivate.
Have heard that some people have had a bsod on reboot due to some driver issures. I did not think this would happen due to the enormity of the drivers put into Win 7.
