Well, go with Factory Restore then.

Afterwards you will have to start all over again.

reinstall security etc after using something like < Decrapifier> to get rid of demo junk etc.

save anything you may need.

okay well after this recovery is done, what should i al install?

i honestly only need the laptop for surfing, and maybe itunes?

You must install a security program, e.g. MSE. Then you should have a scanner that you run once per week. I recommend SAS.

Do the restore Then......

Get Microsoft Security Essentials before you update windows and come back here

Go grab a coffee or something, and relax for now.

Suggest MSE as it is easy to install and nearly invisible. It's all you need.

lol i just hope this will work , i cant stand being on this old destop i need my laptop back!

once its done reboting do i have to downlaod anything?

or r u guys just recomending it?
