    Just a little correction:
    lis vol works (in lieu of list vol), but exi. does not work - must be exit.
    exi works, but only in Diskpart. You can exit diskpart with that command, but not the command prompt.

    Either works; it's a 1 letter difference.

    yes, exi works, but not exi. - just a small detail. But I really did not want to make a big deal of it.

    I always use full words in DISKPART commands as users need to learn - more than they need unintelligible shortcuts.
