nLite cant find blessed SATA drivers

First: THANK YOU so much Brink and theog for the great tutorials.
Back to the Dual Boot Win7/XP pro issue. I'm an Emergency room RN and have little time to work on these problems...I tried nLite and get all the way to the add drivers...and no drivers available. I have downloaded the dell drivers, expanded them, kept them intact put them on toast and jam ...nLite cant find the drivers. they seem to be inx type and not ini that nLite is looking for. I can save lives all day but this seems to have code blue/mourge written all over it. BTW theog wats with the fracture?
