I had the same problem, but found the below description. I hope you can use it. It seem to be the PCI-E card that is causing this.

I did it! Forget all the stuff and install build 7127! The bug was solved by MS.

Yep, same here build 7127 installed and works flawlessly!
Hi Friends,
The BSoD issue is actually not a problem in the official Windows 7 RC Ultimate.
The problem was due to the use of a different version - Windows 7 RC Checked/Build.

Guy using build 7127 please don't fail to read as I have included details on build 7127 too. :)
