Reformatting WIN7 system to XP

I did, but my system won't give me the option to boot from a cd/dvd..
Before I used the nLite program, it would give me the option (during POST) to "Press any key to boot from cd/dvd" now it just goes straight to the starting Windows screen.. I've gone into the BIOS and set to boot from cd first, but still doesn't recognize the disc in the drive.. any clue as to why it's doing that?

Are you using the new ISO you created with slipstreamed drivers? Did you burn it to CD using ImgBurn at 4x speed with Verify, which never fails?

If not, Verify it against ISO using ImgBurn. It should say bootable in the text given at left.

You copied files from the CD to Nlite the drivers, right? Will the old CD boot? What changed?

Let me see if I have this right...I opened nLite, ran through the process, and when I need to integrate drivers into the installation, I click insert, then multiple driver folder.. correct?
Then I select the folder I want to integrate, and it gives me the option of two modes..
1. Regular PNP or..
2. Textmode driver
and there's a list of 13 "textmode integration options"

I may have selected the completely incorrect thing here.. what should I select ot integrate into the ISO bootable disc..

By the way, ImgBurn verified the disc was bootable

How do I know which of the 13 drivers listed in nLite I need though?

What Sata controller do you have?

Well, a small victory I assume.. I got the system to boot from the ISO disc I burned..
But I still have the issue of the BSOD when I am at the drive selection screen... kind of back to square one on this.

I slipstreamed the drivers like the guide stated, I followed all the instructions, but my hard drive still isn't being recognized, and my system crashes when I press ANY button..

Use Textmode.

1) BSOD 0000008, is your ram OK?

2) Is HD OK?

3) What Sata controller do you have?

4) Do you have a floppy disk drive?
