Thanks, I got it and copied it to my ToDo file. I still have to install Win7 on this box. I am late because I have not yet figured out how to install my OCZ Vertex. That damn Dell box has no bays - they screwed the 2 HDDs to the top of the chassis. That was a lot easier in the HP box (see picture). And the one and only suitable power cable is too short too. But next week I am going to tackle that one. Sometimes it is a pain to live in multiple locations. One has to replicate everything.

Lots of usefull information..... im not sure what drive ill be changing to yet but it will be the case that im downsizing drive size
    will be going form a 500GB to a 150GB or a 126GB SSD
Ill make some images via windows and Paragon but if that fails then ill have to resort in a fresh install and go threw the phone M$ episode

Yes these dell cases are a pain to work with..... i helped to install an old 8800 into one with grate difficulties but got it in by the end.... didn't leave much room though

I would suggest scrapping the dell box and getting a second hand Antec 900 or something similar in size

In case you did not know, WD has a free image app built on the Acronis platform (it is Acronis with some features disabled). Since you have a WD HDD in your system, you can use it. Both Macrium and Paragon are good but I prefer Acronis because, I find it gives me smaller and faster image backups using the "normal" settings. You can read about and DL it here.
