Very Thanks to Dwarf for his so quick reply & for welcome a new member.
Now i got the point & going to install 32 bit windows 7.
In windows 7 forum, it was my first post & i get my answer so immediately. That's cool.
Again welcome Mueen and for what it is worth I had the choice on my Toshiba lappy to go either 32 or 64bit - slipped in the extra RAM mate and well the 64bit leaves the 32 in the dust and it's cheap enough to buy (RAM) and so easy to put in as long ads you are not ham strung by warranty. (by the way I threw in 8GB)

If you can afford it too an SSD is worth thinking about and check out Brinks tutorial on Optimising Windows 7

Plus most of the apps one uses now are in 64bit - have fun LOL!!:)

Can I upgrade from a 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version of Windows 7 or from a 64-bit version of Windows 7 to a 32-bit version of Windows?

You can use the Upgrade option during Windows 7 installation, which preserves your files, settings, and programs, only if you're currently running a 32-bit version of Windows Vista and you want to upgrade to the 32-bit version of Windows 7. Similarly, if you are running a 64-bit version of Windows Vista, you can only perform an upgrade to a 64-bit version of Windows 7. For more information, go to Upgrading to Windows 7: frequently asked questions on the Windows website.
If you want to move from a 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version of Windows 7 or vice versa, you'll need to back up your files and choose the Custom option during Windows 7 installation. Then, you'll need to restore your files and reinstall your programs. For more information about performing a custom installation, see Installing and reinstalling Windows 7*.

Note: Where it says Vista, you can insert Windows 7, same rules apply.

I have a question. Currently I have Win7 32bit Home Premium installed on a 1.5TB HDD, I have a 250GB HDD that's empty. My question is, if I get Win7 64bit Home Premium and install it onto 250GB HDD and use that for the OS, will I still have to uninstall my games/backup files on the 1.5TB HDD, or just update Video/Sound/Lan/Peripheral drivers?

As far as I know, if you move from 32 to 64, you have to reinstall everything.

They may run from the 1.5TB drive but it would be better to reinstall everything while booted from the 250GB drive.

I really appreciate this article, perhaps I am a little late getting to it, but it answers every question anyone (including me!) would ask about the 32- and -64 bit O/S.

Useful knowledge given in a usable manner, btw regarding an earlier post about the title - title does not matter, it drew the eye to the subject for anyone who needed the knowledge. And it is the content that matters, after all.
