Again welcome Mueen and for what it is worth I had the choice on my Toshiba lappy to go either 32 or 64bit - slipped in the extra RAM mate and well the 64bit leaves the 32 in the dust and it's cheap enough to buy (RAM) and so easy to put in as long ads you are not ham strung by warranty. (by the way I threw in 8GB)
If you can afford it too an SSD is worth thinking about and check out Brinks tutorial on Optimising Windows 7

Plus most of the apps one uses now are in 64bit - have fun LOL!!:)
