CHKDSK found damaged file

I have had a problem with my installation of win 7. I don't know what to think, but I think that this is a win install error. This damaged file occurs right after I have installed win 7 and just applied 3 updates and done nothing more... I have no idea if it's a hardware problem or a software problem, but there's definetly something wrong.. It occurs at the check of USN journal at 58724, the fourth step.

Sorry if my english is bad, I'm doing my best

Chkdsk found and repaired 4 sectors-drive failing?
Chkdsk ran and found 4 unreadable sectors. I'm assuming that it deleted the bad data and rewrote it in another area as win 7 home prem now loads. I have data like pics and custom vids I would be sick to lose. Is this drive going to fail and if so can you recommend my next best course of action?...

How do I find which file is damaged?
I did a error scan with HD Tune Pro on a 2TB WDEADS20 and it says that error at 63248 MB. The health status says I have 16 unstable sectors. How can I find which file is damaged before backing up my files to another drive?
