yeah thats perfectly normal it doesn't actually delete anything it just removes the label on them and marks them as available to be overwritten

to clarify my last post.... If the FORMAT took less than 5 seconds then that's normal. If the Install took less than 5 seconds as zigzag said then that's not

Hi Ken
I can reinstall my test rig in 6.5 minutes, using a Norton Ghost image.

6.5 minutes is very impressive O.o.

it was indeed only the format that took afew seconds, the full install took around 25-30 minutes =)

Don't know how up to date Mesh might be with their drivers, but with that chipset (780G/SB700) you can just get them straight from ATI/AMD,

http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownloa...v=10.5&ostype=

If you're using the onboard HD 3200 (or any other ATI card from the HD 2xxx series and up) grab the full Catalyst Suite and it will update the video driver as well as the chipset drivers. If not using the onboard or an ATI card like mentioned above, just grab the South Bridge driver; and the RAID or AHCI driver if you have your hard drives set that way.

I would just go with the full Catalyst 10.5 suite.
