Fresh Install (due to new MOBO) Error 0x80070570

Hey Sevenforums,

About a year ago I decided to build my first computer. I did so and there was much rejoicing. That is until it started BSODing everywhere when I played video games or watched Netflix.

Coming to your forums I was encouraged to do a memtest, got new RAM, for a while the problem was fixed (provided to used only one stick on the MOBO) and there was much rejoicing.

Then the BSOD's came back. I believed it to be the motherboard (an ASROCK extreme3 Gen3 Z68) and so I went a purchase a new one. Unfortunately the Micro Center sales person sold me an mATX which I didn't even notice... but I'm attempting to do a fresh install of windows 64 bit professional.

At first I was getting an error that said I couldn't install windows on a GPT hard drive. After deleting all partitions using the Windows Install Interface, I was able to create a new partition and attempted to install and that's where I am now. Sitting here with this 0x80070570 error code. I've googled it but none of the solutions I've found were of any use.

Additionally, after attempting to boot my computer up post-installing everything to the new motherboard the computer wouldn't go to a splash screen. When I removed my GTX 680 (EVGA) card it went to BIOS and posted just fine.

Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!

Update: I attempted to use Disk Part in Command Prompt to clean all disks, but that didn't work, saying a clean is not allowed ont he disk containing the current boot. So I truly am stuck. I have no idea what to do...

I don't have any other CD-ROM drive I could try and I've tried to install the OS with two separate disks, both of which I've used in the past and they have never given me these issues.
