Difference between "my language" DVD and MUI

Does anybody here was able to see the difference between a Windows 7 installation disk in another language than English and a Windows 7 installed in English + a language pack (MUI)?

Personally, I don't see any. But I think my MUI (French) is still incomplete because there is some places in Windows which are still in English.

Thank you!

Note: The question is valid for any language.

if not from Microsoft your modified/hacked copy is not complete.
obtain the complete correct copy for MS.

MUI is being uploaded by many different peoples. If you want to find, just google "MUI 7100 <your language>".

My copy of RC1 is in English and is complete.
