    Yes i do agree, that some kind of mess is around your folders!

    I do not even think a "Repair Install" will clean up all those unwanted folders.

    What you can do, the time you decide yourself, is to "Repair Install" your actual Windows 7 and later, if you feel ready to "Clean install", just come back here.
