How to start a program at Boot

I have a little program that I want to load and run at the start up of my Rig, how do I do this? Is there some folder I have to put it in ? If so which one and where is it ? I have looked for a start up folder but can't see one any place.

    Steve,

Right Click on Start then click on
Open All Users | Programs | Startup and paste a shortcut of that program in that location.

    OR

    HKCU
    | SOFTWARE | Microsoft | Current version | Run

On Right Panel - Right Click >
New the give the name of the Program under Value name and Location under Value Data

    Hope this helps,
