Windows live messenger video issues

    Hi
    I seem to have a glitch
    I get the message 'setting up software drivers now please wait' but the status bar is stuck on 90%
    Should I attempt a re-install?

    Yes, try to re-install it.
    Make sure no other programs are running in the background, ok:)
