    saving data while installing from USB


    i have win 7 loaded on USB drive
    when i click on repair win 7.
    it says there is some problem and there is a window to send the info to microsoft
    thats it
    i don wanna do a fresh install of win 7 because i have some data to save..
    please help

    If you have a External HD, you could copy & paste your data.
    Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

    You do not say what is wrong with Win7 causing you to repair it. Does it boot?

    Are you using a USB flash stick installer to try to repair Win7?
