I am sorry for misleading you guys, what I meant was... Straight through the Computer USB Port.
Well, none of the changes have done anything to fix the issue, I was on the Vista OS (wife had used the pc), restarted to my Win 7 and I manually had to start the mouse from the Logitech Device Settings.
Only thing I can think is that, somehow, the std microsoft driver that is also installed is somehow affecting my logitech driver... something like some times the logitech driver loads first and some other times the microsoft is able to load prior to the logitech.
